AM2 Renewables – Online Payment Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Scope
This policy applies to all online payments made to AM2 Renewables (“AM2,” “we,” “our,” “us”) for products and/or services purchased through our websites, portals, payment links, or invoices.
2) No Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable once submitted.
By completing an online payment, you acknowledge and agree that AM2 does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after payment is processed, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in Sections 4–5 below.
3) Enrollment Cancellations
Before payment: You may cancel an order or quote before making payment with no charge.
After payment: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed, and no refunds will be issued.
4) Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount, or technical processing error), contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge. Verified errors will be corrected by voiding the transaction (if still pending) or by issuing a corrective credit to the original payment method.
5) Unauthorized Transactions (Fraud)
If you did not authorize the payment, notify us immediately and contact your bank or card issuer. We will cooperate with your provider’s investigation and, where appropriate, void the transaction or assist with a chargeback process.
6) Monthly Renewals (if applicable)
For any subscriptions or auto-renewing services, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date. Payments already processed remain non-refundable.
7) Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact AM2 first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay outcomes. We reserve the right to provide supporting documentation to the card network/processor for any disputed transaction.
8) Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable laws. If a mandatory law grants you a right to a refund or cancellation in specific circumstances, we will comply with that law.
9) Processing & Security
Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment processors. AM2 does not store full card details. All transactions are subject to the processor’s authentication, anti-fraud checks, and terms.
